Landco construction is a St. Louis based construction company, providing pre-construction, construction management, and interior construction services. Their collaborative approach to projects allows them to maintain long-term partnerships with their portfolio of LEED, corporate, and healthcare clients.

Looking to refresh their brand and update their online and print materials, Landco commissioned the Loft to modernize their classic logo. Their goal was to keep the logo's essential elements including the color and recognizable 'L' logomark. With that direction, we updated the brand in a way that better communicates Landco's commitment to modern construction and architecture.

We also developed a brand for Landco’s newest division, Pronto! Pronto is a service focused on helping clients with urgent interior construction challenges. To introduce potential customers to the convenience, reliability, and quality of the Pronto brand, we created a service card and landing page on the Landco website.

Our new animated video is hosted on Pronto’s landing page. It introduces Pronto’s services, describing its efficiency and expertise. Potential customers are encouraged to call or visit the website whether their problems are big or small. After introducing Pronto to its potential customers through the video, the page gives them the opportunity to contact Landco by filling out a service request form.
